Please advise me by email (hypnosis@xtra.co.nz) when you have made your payment - and which product(s) you require. As soon as your payment appears in my account I will send your product(s). 

Payments usually process overnight (Monday - Friday) and show in my account in the next weekday morning. 

To speed up the process (and as an act of trust) if you can email me a scanned copy of your deposit receipt from your bank clearly showing my account number as the recipient, then I will send the products immediately.

If you use BNZ internet banking, or make a direct deposit at a BNZ branch, then the payment to my account is usually instant.

If you have ordered electronic goods (such as MP3s) then I will send you an email containing a download link.

If you have ordered physical products (such as CDs) then I will post them to you in a plain envelope.  Please make certain to advise me of your postal address.

If you have ordered my Clinical Hypnotherapy training course then you will receive both an electronic file by email and a hardcopy book by post. Please make certain to advise me of your postal address.
