Q. Is my online payment secure? 
A.Yes, very definitely! Hypnosis New Zealand Credit Card transactions are handled by Paymate - the same as used on Trademe.

Q. Can I pay in a different currency?
A. Yes you sure can! All credit card transactions are automatically converted to your currency.

Q. Can I pay using any other method?
A. Yes sure, you can make Cash, Cheque, Money Order payments directly to me by mail order. Or, you can pay by Internet Banking. Email me for details if you'd like assistance.

Q. How do I receive my products? 
A1. My CDs are posted by NZ Post - usually within 24 hours of your order. 
A2. My MP3s are downloadable. You will be provided with a download link as soon as I receive your payment.

Q. How are CDs packaged?
A. The CD is in a slimline hardcase and packaged in a plain bubble envelope approx 9" x 7". The envelope does NOT say what's on the CD inside, or that it is Hypnosis. 

Note:If you require it, I'm even happy to supply your CD with a plain white label - and send it in an unlabeled case, so no-one else knows what's on it when it's unpacked! Most CDs are packed and sent within an hour (sometimes minutes) of your order, so if you require that free personal service, then you must email me before you place your order, with very specific details of your requirements for both the disc and the case. (Remember, CDs are always mailed in a plain bubble envelope.)

Q.Are there any P & P charges?
A. No, the price includes all P & P.

A. Not a cent!

Q. Are my personal details private?
A. Oh yes! That's the only way I do business! All information provided to Hypnosis New Zealand, or any of its suppliers or processors is absolutely private and will not be shared or distributed to any other party.

A. Yes I sure do! If you're paying direct to my bank account and buying 3 or more products, then there is a 25% discount off the total price! (Applies only when items are supplied within NZ)

If you choose electronic products (such as MP3s, courses or ebooks) then a download link is emailed to you as soon as your payment is received.
