Using hypnotherapy I provide you with support to help with personal, business and sports performance, helping to overcome habits, managing addictions, remove fears and phobias, and assisting with infertility issues. You can then achieve the motivation, confidence and the positivity that you need for all self-improvement. When we are born we have a clear mind, nothing can stop us, we just give a go.But through experiences and others' beliefs we are negatively hypnotized to believe we cannot achieve.
Putting others' thoughts and feelings before our own, we stop moving forward being ourselves. As you have been negatively hypnotized, using hypnotherapy is a very effective way to release or remove those thoughts and behaviors that stand in your way of happiness and success.As we look at small children playing they have little emotional baggage so they make great gains in life, from learning to read, tying their own shoelaces, so the list goes on.
But what about those children that are put down and not encouraged? what will they achieve. They may achieve a different understanding of life but they are no different to us all. As society we are put down if we do the best at school – labelled as geeks.How do you want the rest of your life to be? Free to be who you want to be? To do the things you love to do? Be able to achieve and succeed?

Hi Jenny, Thought you might like to know that the ‘virtual gastric banding’ sessions I had with you in April/May 2013 are continuing to be successful (now sept. 2013.) I have now lost 9kg and I have been able to buy and fit into size 12 jeans and I have thrown out about 6 pairs of the old size jeans – what a good feeling. I still hope to lose about another 4kg but am OK with the slow but steady losses. Thanks for the help! K
